In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information if any details change.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wg555 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wg555 will treat all activity performed using your credentials as authorised by you.
• Identity verification (KYC): wg555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or proof of Pakistani bank account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
• Account security: Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number. wg555 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to employ available security measures.

All financial transactions on wg555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful processing.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on your Account.
• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. wg555 does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions through any of these channels.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
• Source of funds: Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been used for deposits on the Account or to the verified bank account registered under the Player's name. wg555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Right to delay or refuse: wg555 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

wg555 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all wg555 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the wg555 platform:

• Acceptance of bets: wg555 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed posted limits, bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, or bets where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void by wg555 where the underlying event is cancelled or suspended, where the bet was placed on an incorrectly priced market due to a system error, or where it is determined that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or credit amounts being displayed or awarded, wg555 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust Account balances accordingly. Winnings generated through exploitation of known technical errors will be forfeited.
• Cricket and PSL betting: All cricket betting markets on wg555, including PSL in-play markets, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the platform. Ball-by-ball in-play bets are subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live feed advantages.
• Casino games RNG: All wg555 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate representations of long-term theoretical returns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wg555 platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on wg555 under any identity, including use of family members' details or fabricated identities.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any wg555 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wg555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

wg555's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wg555 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wg555 holds its international gaming licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by wg555's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
